About Us

 My Background :

 I have worked in long term care for greater than 30 years developing and implementing policies and procedures for various corporations. In addition I have well over 20 years of experience providing education to all members of the interdisciplinary team.    

My Experience:

 I graduated with my RN in 1985 and began my consulting career with a small Oregon based company. Later, struggling facilities recruited me to get them back in compliance with state and federal regulations. I then took a position with a small Oregon company developing and implementing systems and leading the clinical team. This company is now a leader in the northwest region in long term care.
